The Railway History Campus (RHC) tour is an educator-led experience that begins at the Railway History Campus. Your docent will give a tour of the 25,000 sq. ft. Train Shed Exhibit Hall that includes large and small artifacts and several exhibits exploring how the Railway Changed Everything. Your docent will escort you through Chapel Car 5: Messenger of Peace and the 001 caboose! Next you will walk over to the Conservation and Restoration Workshop (CRW) for a first hand look at current restoration projects. Next the tour will board the train and travel east for a scenic ride to North Bend Depot, where the train will stop to pick up passengers before departing at 10:30. Next it will head west to Snoqualmie Depot for additional passengers, then past the top of Snoqualmie Falls where you will see a beautiful view of the Snoqualmie River Valley only available from the train. Your docent will stay with you during your trip, interpreting the scenery and providing both historic and contemporary context. The tour ends when the train returns to the RHC, though you are welcome to continue to explore the Train Shed if you would like more time. The round-trip experience lasts approximately 3 hours.

This tour is intended for audiences ages 13+.
The CRW is an active work-site and closed-toes shoes are REQUIRED for visitor safety.
The CRW has open work pits. Tour guests need to be mindful of their step when touring the building.
